Your students will learn...

Important content that helps them understand how to take care of their physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well being. Learning outcomes include:

  • An understanding of what it means to incorporate balance into every area of our lives

  • Learning key ingredients in maintaining positive physical healh, including our sleep, diet, and exercise

  • Understanding the importance of taking care of our mental health, and a basic grasp of the two most common mental illnesses: anxiety and depression

  • Recognizing the importance of developing strong friendships and learning to see healthy friendship as the key ingredient in healthy romantic relationships

  • Understanding the importance of developing personal values and the role they play in giving our lives purpose and meaning
